WANDI SHED HOUSE

This secondary dwelling to the block was designed to blend in with the existing buildings. Its brief was to look like a modern shed and boy did the designer nail it. With its bold black metal cladding and high-pitched roof it does just that. With an initial BAL assessment rating of FZ we had to work very closely with the designer to give them feedback on how to reduce the blocks BAL rating. We where able to achieve a BAL rating of 29 making the project viable and giving the client more budget to spend on the things they really wanted.
